It was interesting to read the author's objective evaluation of PSAP performance via coupler measurements and probe-mic measurements. The pros and cons of the three distribution models were very usefulin helping me decide whether or not I would recommend PSAPS and/or implement PSAPs in my practice.

The electroacoustic analysis of the specified PSAPs by name was very helpful, as I have heard of many of these PSAPs, and I am able to better understand how very few may benefit some patients with up to mild hearing losses. Very thorough!

I would have liked more information on user experience: i.e. reliability, ease of use and operation, performance in various "real life" situations.
