We are currently seeking a full-time Audiologist for our Salinas location to provide comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients of all ages and dispense hearing aids. Other services may include ABR testing, Auditory processing, VNG testing, BAHA, and Cochlear Implants.

We are composed of eight board-certified Otolaryngologists and five Audiologists forming the largest and longest running practice in the region. We treat all facets of ear, nose, and throat disorders and bring advanced training from some of the most prestigious centers in the country, so that we can provide the latest in medical technologies and cutting-edge surgeries. Our practice has been nationally recognized by US News and World report for excellence, but more important is our commitment to compassionate and personalized treatment.

Requirements:

·       Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) preferred, however Master’s Degree Audiologist candidates are encouraged to apply.

·       California licensure preferred, or must be eligible for California licensure.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague and vendor population.

·       Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.

·       Strong communication skills. Spanish-speaking ability, is a plus.

·       Must be detailed oriented.

·       Two or more years work experience as an Audiologist is preferred, although recent & upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
