Patient will need to make sure hearing aids, phone, and the Smart 3D app are paired together before leaving office visit. Provider will continue to log into their GNOS account in ReSound Smart Fit 1.18 software and turn on ReSound Assist. The consent form is now located in the ReSound Smart 3D app for easier set up of ReSound Assist. Provider will continue to log into their GNOS account in ReSound Smart 1.18 software, turn on ReSound Assist and have patient sign consent form. The patient will also need to download the ReSound Smart 3D app and sign the consent form in the app as well to have access to ReSound Assist.
