We are seeking a professional with industry experience for an exciting new Sales Manager/Trainer role!
Job Details/Responsibilities:
- Assist leadership with creating an effective plan to increase sales while setting clear sales and customer service expectations.
- Monitor KPIs and goals to ensure improvement.
- Identify gaps in performance, productivity, and quality to provide recommended action plans for improvement.
- Provide coaching and immediate feedback to strengthen overall performance.
- Regularly provide strategic and customized one on one coaching.
- Create and conduct sales training for new employees.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding price, deposit and return questions.
- Respond to questions directed to the sales department.
Qualifications:
- 1 year industry experience required.
- 3+ years of prior sales coaching/training for multiple locations.
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
- Licensed HCP preferred.
