William ''Bill'' Lesiecki, Director, Software and e-Business Solutions, Siemens Hearing Instruments, Inc.

Bill Lesiecki, Director of Software and e-Business Solutions, joined Siemens Hearing Instruments, Inc. in 1996 and has a total of 18 years experience in the hearing manufacturing industry. He is responsible for the development and marketing of many Siemens technologies, including LasR™ (Laser Accurate Scan Replication) shell technology. Lesiecki is a member of the team that was instrumental in developing and implementing LasR in all four Siemens manufacturing facilities. Now in its 18-month of existence LasR is currently available on all of Siemens Micro-Completely-in-the-Canal, Mini-Canal, In-the-Canal and Half-shell hearing instruments to provide customers with the most advanced, highest quality hearing instruments.

Lesiecki also oversees Siemens software and e-business practice enhancing solutions. His Technical Support Team consists of experts responsible for the company's hardware and software products such as CONNEXX™, Practice Navigator™, UNITY™ and the NOAH™ platform. Lesiecki initiated the development of Practice Navigator software to help Hearing Care Professionals maintain patient records, schedule appointments, market their practice, manage finances and inventory, and ultimately streamline processes, enabling them to spend more time with patients. In 2001, Lesiecki was part of the team that developed the industry's first e-Business website, Online@SHI, where Hearing Care Professionals are able to order custom hearing instruments. A year and a half later, Online@SHI continues to lead the e-Business way with the addition of ordering repair service online.

Prior to joining Siemens Hearing Instruments, Lesiecki worked for several major hearing instrument companies. In addition, he also worked as a dispensing Audiologist in a private practice.

Lesiecki earned a bachelor's of science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and a master of arts degree in Audiology at the University of Illinois. He is also a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and the American Auditory Society (AAS). He is based out of the Siemens Prospect Heights, Illinois office.
