The First 60 Days: Optimizing Patient Outcomes with AI-Based Tools and In-person Care
Signia CEU courses
Presented by Brian Taylor, AuD
Recorded Webinar
Course: #35446Level: Advanced1 Hour
The benefits of consistent hearing aid use are twofold: Improve communication in daily listening situations and enhance health-related outcomes. The challenge, however, is that an unacceptably large number of hearing aid wearers under-report initial device-related challenges to their provider or struggle with hearing aid performance issues that require several visits to the office for adjustments. Both these challenges result in too many individuals under-utilizing their devices or placing them in the drawer, without experiencing optimal outcomes.

This course will demonstrate how AI-based tools, Signia Assistant, complement patient-centered care during the critical initial 60 days of hearing aids use. Further, the course will review research data suggesting Signia Assistant enhances patient-centered care by providing the wearer with more control, added confidence, improved satisfaction in noisy listening situations, and better overall satisfaction.
