Jan is the Manager of Audiology and Education at Unitron. At Unitron, she manages the Regional Training Department and the Technical Support Department. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University. She is a licensed audiologist in the state of Minnesota. Prior to joining Unitron, Jan worked as a Clinical Audiologist at an ENT clinic and as a Manufacturing Audiologist for a hearing instrument manufacturer. Jan has experience with fitting, verification and validation of hearing instruments for all patient populations. She enjoys educating professionals regarding hearing instrument fitting, verification, and trends in audiology by conducting professional presentations and performing hands-on training workshops.

Bill Christman, Au.D., is a Senior Regional Trainer at Unitron. Bill received his Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University. Prior to joining Unitron, Bill worked in a private practice as a dispensing audiologist and as an adjunct clinical instructor at Michigan State University and Central Michigan University. While working for Unitron, Bill has worked in Sales, Technical Support, Research & Development, Product Management and Training. In his current role as Senior Regional Trainer, Bill works with customers throughout the Midwest.

Sarah Schmidt, Au.D., CCC-A, is Unitron’s Regional Training Manager for the United States. Sarah received her Doctorate of Audiology from Washington University School of Medicine. Her clinical experience includes diagnosing hearing disorders and fitting hearing aids. Having spent the past few years working with physicians, audiologist, and other medical professionals, she values the importance of quality patient care. It is her personal and professional goal to provide the best knowledge and tools to achieve optimal success for customers and their patients.
