- Participants will be able to identify what makes a proper external fit of the Vivatone receiver unit.
- Participants will be able to identify the common receiver fit issues and bending techniques used to fix those issues.

Western Region Audiologist
Sarah Smith, M.A., FAAA is the Senior Field Audiologist for Vivatone Hearing Systems. Prior to joining Vivatone Sarah has worked in a private practice, a Neuro-Otology office and a large medical facility as an Audiologist. She specializes in hearing aid technology and hearing loss diagnostics and has experience working with cochlear implants, implantable hearing aids and vestibular diagnostics. By the end of 2008 Sarah will complete her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.).
