Connexx 7 is the software used to program all Rexton TwinCore products. The ability to manage this software will allow the hearing healthcare professional to manipulate features for the benefit of the patient.
- After this course, participants will be able to explain how to navigate all sections of Connexx 7.
- After this course, participants will be able to explain how to utilize the First Fit module and identify features that would be beneficial on First Fit.
- After this course, participants will be able to explain how to utilize Basic Tuning modules to modify the initial fit.
- After this course, participants will be able to explain how to utilize Fine Tuning modules to improve the patient’s hearing experience.
|0-5 Minutes||House keeping and brief introduction of presenter with affiliation statement.|
|5-55 Minutes||Presentation of all Connexx 7 modules and detailed explanation of the functions and features contained in the First Fit and Fine Tuning Modules.|
|55-60 Minutes||Time allowed to answer questions regarding the material presented.|
Carlos Abreu, MD
Dr. Abreu earned his medical degree from the Iberoamerican University in Dominican Republic. After earning his specialty degree he went on to practice Otology for 9 years. In 2009 he moved to the United States to join Rexton’s Audiology department. He currently heads Rexton Audiology and Technical Education department. He has been providing education on hearing technology for the last six years both in the United States and abroad.
